Every year during the holidays, the Tribe and Avi Resort and Casino donate meals to local churches, food banks and community organizations.

The annual holiday food giveaway grew out of these donations and is intended to make a difference in the lives of those who struggle with food insecurity.

In addition to the Christmas food giveaway, the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe and Avi Resort & Casino will provide donations to St. Vincent De Paul in Needles, California, the Kingman Area Food Bank and the Corner Mission in Kingman, Arizona, the Havasu Community Health Foundation in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and the Golden Shores Senior Center.
